The
above rates are quoted per person per night and are inclusive
of VAT but exclude all extras & a tourism levy of 1% of
the accommodation charge.

The
Bay Hotel reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate
periods at any time.

Low
season reservations must be guaranteed.

Reservations
will only be guaranteed by the hotel upon receiving credit card
details and/or voucher from the contractee and once payment
has been verified. The following cards are accepted: American
Express, Mastercard, Visa Card, Diners Card.

During
high season, December - March, all bookings must be guaranteed
- the total accommodation tariff must be pre-paid and must be
received no later than 45 days prior to arrival. The hotel will
issue written confirmation of reservations upon receipt of deposit.

For
account holders - reservations are only guaranteed to the company
on receipt of a fax or voucher.

In the event of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, pre-paid
deposits are fully refundable.

In
the event of individual bookings being cancelled 30 days prior
to arrival, pre-paid deposits are fully refundable.

All
individual reservations not cancelled within 48 hours of the
expected day of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In
the event of a “no-show”, the contractee shall be
liable for an amount equal to the first night’s contracted
rate.

Group
bookings require full pre-payment - 10% within a month of making
the booking (or 90 days out), a further 50% 60 days out and
the balance 30 days prior to arriva

The
hotel considers 8 or more rooms a group booking.

The
hotel reserves the right to release unconfirmed group bookings
30 days prior to arrival.

In
the event of group bookings being cancelled 60 days prior to
arrival, pre-paid deposits are fully refundable.

In
the event of a group booking being cancelled less than 30 days
prior to arrival a cancellation fee will be levied.

Please
be advised that our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out
time is 11h00. The hotel provides fully serviced shower and
change room facilities on request, as well as luggage storage
facilities.

The
hotel is regretfully unable to accommodate more that two persons
per room, or children under the age of twelve. Children over
the age of 12 would be accommodated in their own room.

All
beds are king size or twin - please state your preference.

Personal
cheques are accepted provided prior arrangements have been made
with management.

No
pets are allowed.

is recommended for our popular Tides Restaurant, which is situated
on the first floor and offers spectacular views of Camps Bay
and an International flavour of dishes.
